Young and Growing Workforce

Due to relatively affordable housing options, excellent quality of life, and a distinguished education system, Adams County attracts a young, dynamic workforce with 42.5% of our population aged 18-45 and 155,122 Millennials. Our labor force consists of 57% white collar, 26.6% blue collar, and 16.4% service workers. Additionally, 30.4% of our population holds a bachelor’s degree or higher.
